2. Auction Preparation

Auction preparation is part of our selling process and is completely free of charge. It is designed to increase your valuable's chances of eventually selling at auction and usually takes a few days. Included services are:

• Professional cleaning - This involves carefully removing dirt or tarnish from jewelry to improve its appearance and make it sparkle.

• Beauty shots - Your valuable is professionally photographed in high definition from every important angle.

• 3rd-party grading - Industry-leading diamond grading labs such as GIA, GHI and IGI inspect every valuable we receive.

• Gathering potential buyers

• Auction listing creation

3. Auction and getting paid (!)

• Once your auction listing is ready you get to set your price and start your auction online!

• Get offers from vetted professional buyers in our marketplace, so that you can sell with trust and get more for your valuable.

• Shortly after the auction concludes, you will receive the final sale amount minus our commission. Our commission is always a percentage of the price your valuable was sold for. When you get more, so do we.

You're in control!

• You will receive constant updates regarding your valuable's progress every step of the way and remain in full control of the selling process.

• You can have your valuable sent back to you, free of charge, at any point until your reserve price is met at auction.
